Tasty and nutritious

RauwPower curd (both kefir curd and yogurt curd) is a concentrated dairy product that is obtained by draining yogurt or kefir. Because we literally let a large part of the whey (about 60%) leak out of the yogurt or kefir, the curd cheese has a quark-like structure. It tastes very full and is very nutritious. Because we do not use rennet or milk powder, our curds are also suitable for vegetarians.

Kefir curd and yogurt curd are also delicious with, for example, fresh fruit, nuts, muesli, cruesli, pumpkin seeds, linseed, chia seed or honey. Consuming 1/3 cup is usually enough to get through a whole morning or afternoon. It is very nutritious and suitable in a low carbohydrate diet. It is a handmade product, so the thickness can sometimes vary slightly.

The ideal storage temperature for our products is 4 degrees Celsius. The PP packaging is free from BPA and phthalates.
